This garland is finished 26 inches long. I did not add
loops, I put them together with Alene's OK to wash it,
glue. I put a dot on the bottom of the cone and then
attached the next cone to it....you could tack it with
your sewing machine if you wish but with the weight of
this set I was afraid the loops would "pull" loose...I

I am including the color chart here as the choices are
up to you for your favorite "flavors' of Ice Cream...
First color to stitch is the cone, I used golden brown
second and third colors are the "ice cream" and the
last is the letter.
